Division of Medical Eduation - Adopt-A-Family Program

In the spirit of giving and helping those less fortunate, Medical Education is adopting a family this year. We have been given a family of 4 that consists of a single mother and her 3 children (ages 17, 3 and newborn).

Medical Education and our sponsor thank you for your donation to help this deserving family enjoy the spirit of the season.

Send an email message to Cindi Martinez stating the item(s) purchased and the intended family member.  Drop off the item(s) by Wednesday, December 9, 2009 to BSB 1100 or 1102 (Central Administration Office).

Dear Sponsor,

Thank you for your interest in our Adopt-A-Family Program. This year we are happy to inform you that if you prefer you are welcome to issue your family gifts cards only (nearest stores to family - Target / Walmart). We have seen that giving the parents the ability to select gifts for their family gives them self-worth.

We would like to mention a few guidelines to follow that will assist us in coordinating the Adopt-A-Family Program:

• If you are providing gifts please wrap and label
• NO personal checks, cash, money orders, or food
• All personal information regarding the family is confidential
• NO USED ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS
• You are welcome to send your family a card or letter on your behalf including your names & address
