Checklist for Reserving SOM Student Lounge
You must submit this packet two weeks prior to your event. Please note that the SOM Student Lounge will not be held/reserved for you until the entire packet is submitted. We will notify you as soon as possible after receipt of request whether an approval or denial has been made by the Lounge Advisory Committee. Requests submitted must contain all of the following or they will not be considered:
Acknowledgment of SOM Student Lounge Liability Responsibilities (if applicable)
SOM Student Lounge Reservation Policies
Application for Use of SOM Student Lounge
Alcohol Use Form (if applicable)
$100.00 non-refundable usage fee (if applicable)
$25.00 custodial fee (if applicable)
$250.00 deposit (if applicable)
