Following are liability responsibilities. Please take careful notice that YOU are the responsible party for the planned event and you may wish to review your insurance regarding coverage. The Regents of the University of California provide no liability insurance coverage for any personal events. Please read the following paragraph and sign in the indicated space. Your signature is acknowledgment that you understand your obligations and are willing to abide the regulations regarding the use of the SOM Student Lounge.

I shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Regents of the University of California, its officers, agents and employees from and against any claims, damages, expenses, including an amount equal to reasonable attorney's fees, or liabilities for loss or damage to any property or of death or injury to any persons in proportion to and to the extent that such claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arise from the negligence or willful acts or omissions of the Regents of the University of California, its officers, agents, employees, or invitees.
