| January | Begin searching web for scholarships |
| Mid March | Financial Aid Application available for accepted and continuing students |
| Mid April (or one month after acceptance for 1st yr students) | Financial Aid Application Deadline |
| mid April – July | • Applications processed & analyzed by the Financial Aid Office. • Additional paperwork requested. • Federal Stafford Loan applications certified. |
| July | Awards determined and preparation of packages |
| Late July - Early August | Financial aid offer letters mailed |
| Mid August | Sign up for Direct Deposit in order to have this set up by the beginning of Fall. Return all Master Promissory Notes (if applicable) |
| End of August | Medical school orientation |
| Mid September | Pharmacy school orientation |
| End of September | Deadline to pay fees without a $50 late fee – Medicine & Pharmacy |
