Graduating Pharmacy Students
Congratulations! As you prepare to graduate from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Financial Aid Office has prepared this page to assist you in the repayment of your educational loans. However, before you leave the University it is a Federal requirement for anyone who ever received an educational loan at UCSD to satisfactorily complete an Exit Counseling session. This Exit Counseling session is to be completed online and can be reached from the Student Business Services Office
website. In the second section titled “Complete your exit loan counseling”, click the online exit interview counseling link and follow all instructions in the UCSD's Financial Counselor™ Exit Interview to complete the required session and print a verification of the session completion for your records.
An updated summary of your educational indebtedness derived from the information in your financial aid file was recently sent to you along with a Loan Repayment Record. Please review these forms carefully and inform us of any corrections. Please be aware that this summary is an estimate only as we do not have current information on your pre-matriculation debt, accrued and/or paid interest on loans such as Unsubsidized Stafford and/or GradPLUS or Alternative Loans or loans paid off with Consolidation Loans. Please note that the summary and the Loan Repayment Record provide information on loans disbursed during each academic year with original lenders, current interest rates, standard repayment periods and minimum monthly payments for the various loan programs.
