Osteomyelitis (Chronic): Chronic osteomyelitis of the MTP region of the right great toe has caused
persistent swelling in that region. The site of a now closed fistulus track can be seen at the medial aspect
of the great toe. X-ray demonstrates marked bony destruction in this area.
