Strangulated Hernia: Patient presented with acute, painful, non-reducible
inguinal hernia. It's worth
mentioning that in spite of rapid diagnosis and prompt surgical exploration,
gangrenous bowel was
identified. This highlights the potential seriousness of this condition.
