Clubbing of the Fiingers: Bulbous appearance of the distal fingers
associated with a number of uncommon lung conditions (e.g., cystic fibrosis,
IPF, cancer, etc.). Note the loss of the diamond-shaped window that appears
between the two fingers when cuticle areas are placed next to each other
(picture on far right is normal for comparison).
