Security Overview
The mandatory UCSD Network Security Policy (09/05/07) 
states that ALL computers that connect to the UCSD network MUST meet the UCSD Minimum Network Connection Standards. This policy covers students, faculty, and staff logging into MedEd or Library resources from their home computer or from their laptop while on campus. It also applies to all departmental computers and student computer labs.
To meet the UCSD Minimum Network Connection Standards, ALL computers MUST have the following programs or services installed, active, and kept up-to-date:
