achieve joy and wellbeing. Healers radiate joy, integrity, clarity, humility, passion, compassion and desire
to make a difference. Healers seek wisdom. They know that, to heal the world, we must begin with ourselves.
Since 1997, in partnership with community programs dedicated to social justice, the UCSD Student-Run Free
Clinic Project unites healers, including volunteers, community members, and students from medicine,
dentistry, mental health, pharmacy, social work, law, nursing, Oriental medicine, fine arts, education,
and local communities to provide free, respectful, humanistic care to the under served, those without access
to care. Your contribution celebrates the healing spirit of our community."
The UCSD Medical Student-Run Free Clinic will hold its annual fundraising dinner and award celebration.
The evening includes the presentation of the Dan Kershner, Barbara Stegemann and Judge Judy Keep
Memorial Awards (for outstanding dental, medical, pharmacy and legal service contributions) and
Free Clinic Service Awards.
