CREDENTIALS VERIFICATION


Verifications of Postgraduate Training at UCSD are done by the individual programs. OGME cannot verify postgraduate training. Verification Requests must be sent to the program in which the trainee participated in.


To expedite your verification request, please use the table below to find the contact information for the program you are requesting information from.  The column for "Address" will let you know which template to use to ensure that your request is routed to the correct location.  The Address Templates are located at the bottom of this page.
