Cross-Cultural Center
This center was established on campus in 1995. Its primary goal is to promote learning within the ethnically diverse student body at UCSD. The Cross Cultural Center offers many services, including lecture series, student internships, information on scholarship opportunities. They also host many events, including art exhibits, and activities during Black history month.

Black History Month
A collaborative event involving many groups on campus: the Black student union, Black Staff Association, African and African-American Studies Research Project, Thurgood Marshall College, La Jolla Music Society, UJIMA, and many others. Activities during the month are diverse and plentiful. There are concerts, art receptions, workshops, dance performances, and much more.
