Welcome to the UCSD Dermatology for Primary Care web site, which contains your homework assignment for the primary care clerkship (SOMc401). A total of four case presentations are included.These presentations are intended to help medical students develop a basic understanding of selected cutaneous disorders, with an emphasis on generating a differential diagnosis. The cases included here represent common dermatologic presentations, however, relatively uncommon diseases may be considered in the differential if the consequences of misdiagnosis would put the patient at significant risk.
