Diagnosis and Management of Asthma

Case 2.

Mark is a 36y/o accountant with a long history of asthma. His only current medication is albuterol which he uses 3 or 4 days a week for wheezing. He also has nightime wheezing once every other month or so. Mark has used steroid inhalers in the past but doesn't like using them regularly.
Physical exam is normal.
Spirometry shows FEV1 = 85%.
