Kathy is a 7 y/o girl with a 5 year history of asthma. She is currently
using her beta2 agonist inhaler 4 or 5 times a week and has nocturnal
symptoms about twice a month. She is not taking any other medications.

Because she has symptoms more than twice a week but not daily, nightime symptoms
