Introduction
|
- This site was created by Lizette España during her fourth year of medical school at UCSD School of Medicine as an Independent Study Project. The site presents a review of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP); it does not cover viral, fungal, or nosocomial pneumonia, nor pneumonia in the immunocompromised host. The intended audience is 3rd and 4th year medical students at UCSD School of Medicine but the material may be useful to students at other institutions.
- The main version presents the complete table of contents in the left hand margin of each page and individual sections of the text in the right hand section of the page
- Orange navigation buttons are located at the top and bottom of each page.
(i.e., top - , previous - , and next - )
- In the interest of speed, graphics have been kept to a minimum.
