ABDOMEN: Abdomen appears non-distended. Well healed 4 cm surgical scar in right lower quadrant. Normal active bowel sounds in all quadrants. Moderate right upper quadrant tenderness to palpation with localized guarding. There is a positive Murphyıs sign. The gall bladder is not palpable (negative courvoisierıs sign). The rest of the abdomen is soft without rebound or guarding. No hepatosplenomegally.
