HEENT: Head is normocephalic and atraumatic. She has no scleral icterus. Pupils are equal round and reactive to light and accommodation, her extraoccular muscles are intact bilaterally. Ears: canals are clear and Tympanic membranes intact bilaterally. Patent nares, throat is without erythema.
