Percutaneous aspiration of the stone: Incorrect
Early treatment with percutaneous aspiration of a gallstone is usually reserved for patients who need emergent treatment due to the severity of their disease or who have complications such as suppurative cholecystitis. In addition, patients who are medically unstable due to comorbidities and cannot tolerate a cholecystectomy may undergo percutaneous aspiration once they have been stabilized.
