PNEUMOTHORAX - Traumatic
Tension Pneumothorax: Develops when air can enter into thorax but can not escape. Can be due to trauma to rib cage, as seen in film here.

Chest Xray will show a shift of trachea and the thorax contents to the contralateral side and blackout where air has replaced lung in thorax.

Iatrogenic:
  Line placement-Subclavian.
  Chest Tube placement.
  Pleural Biopsy.
  Positive Pressure
   Ventilation.
  Cardiopulmonary
   resuscitation.
  Thoracentesis.

Non-iatrogenic:ie. Rib Fracture

Clinically: Unilateral chest rise
     A lack of breath sounds on one side
     A drop in oxgyen saturation
     ABG with low P02.
