Here at UCSD's School of Medicine, the evaluation process provides informative data that is used to help strengthen our teaching and our curriculum. Our faculty development series offers teaching enrichment exercises that we hope influence teaching outcomes. I cannot imagine a more fulfilling endeavor than investing daily energy and resources in the pursuit of educational excellence.
