Guidelines for Evaluation Forms
All standard evaluation forms have been approved by committee. As a course director, however, you may add questions to any of the evaluations. Inform your designated OEDE contact or email OEDE at meded-oede@ucsd.edu to reach all of us. We will then route your information to the appropriate person. If you believe a standard question is not accurate with regard to evaluating your course or faculty, please work with the OEDE office to ensure that the questions adequately evaluate the content of your course and/or faculty teaching.
