Welcome to the Office for Educational Development and Evaluation (OEDE) Website.  We are actively working to make this website user friendly and a worthwhile resource for you.  If you are looking for information on upcoming educational development seminars (MEDS) you will find it here.  If you want information on how to fill out evaluations or print your evaluation reports, you also will find that here.  Faculty Development and Evaluation is so important to any educational endeavor.  Here at UCSD's School of Medicine, the evaluation process provides informative data that is used to help strengthen our teaching and our curriculum.  Our faculty development series offers teaching enrichment exercises that we hope influence teaching outcomes.  I cannot imagine a more fulfilling endeavor than investing daily energy and resources in the pursuit of educational excellence.
