As of July 1, 2017, AV Services is now under the UC Health IS group.  Most rooms are equipped with the basic av equipment (connections for computers, flat panel monitor OR projector with screen and microphones in the larger rooms).  Requests for AV equipment should only be necessary for any additional equipment not already available in the room.

Perform these steps to determine if an AV request is needed:

  • Before, during or after reserving a room via the HS Room Scheduling website, check the av equipment that exists in the room by clicking the linked room title - e.g., ACR (Conference Room) - to open the room details window and then click the "FEATURES" tab.
     
  • For AV needs outside of the room's standard equipment - Submit a ticket here: https://uchealth.service-now.com/ess_ucsd. After login to that site, click these selections to request additional AV equipment: "Request Catalog" > "Service Request" > "General Request" form at bottom of page.
