Medical Education Development Series (MEDS)


A CME Accredited series, presented by Medical Education Technology and Evaluation, Division of Undergraduate Medical Education.

GOAL: To promote the science and art of medicine and the betterment of the public health through improved faculty teaching and training of medical students.


OBJECTIVES upon completion of these seminars, participants will be able to:

  • Identify issues of professionalism in students, trainees, and colleagues and respond effectively.
  • Identify and implement strategies for active teaching and active learning.
  • Employ small group facilitation techniques.
