This community-based initiative is managed by the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), in partnership with the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), and the Border Health Initiative of Project Concern International. The Network also works closely with the San-Diego Tijuana Border Initiative; the UCSD School of Medicine and UCSD Medical Center; the San Diego Dialogue; the State of California Office of Border Health; the County of San Diego, Office of Border Health; Scripps Mercy Hospital; Sharp Memorial Hospital; Children’s Hospital and Health Center; the County of San Diego Emergency Medical Services Agency; Hospital General de Tijuana ISESALUD; Hospital General de Mexicali, ISESALUD; Cruz Roja Mexicana, Tijuana; Universidad Iberoamericana; the Instituto de Servicios de Salud, Baja California, as well as several other organizations, hospitals and healthcare groups throughout the border region.
