Lectures in Pulmonary PathophysiologyJohn B. West MD, PhD

Acknowledgements

I thank Gil Jansky for his very professional production of the videos, Zhenxing Fu, Amy Clay, and Keith Lander for help with preparing the PowerPoints, my colleague Peter D. Wagner for some of the material, Alex Matthews for the YouTube conversions, and Jess Mandel for financial support.

Corrections

As in the companion series on "Lectures in Respiratory Physiology", the listener will immediately recognize that these lectures were not read but delivered extempore. This makes them less formal, but there are a number of slips of the tongue. The meaning should be clear in the context of the lectures.

Credits for Images

These lectures have been gradually developed over a period of many years and they contain a large number of images. In some instances the origin of the images is unknown. Since this is a non-commercial project solely for educational purposes I hope nobody will be offended. Here are the credits where the origin is known.
