Volunteers
Thank you for your interest in the Health Frontiers in Tijuana Clinic. We welcome your expertise and skills in the operation of our clinic.
For Healthcare Professionals: Contact Dr. Jose Luis Burgos (jlburgos@ucsd.edu) and provide the following forms and documents:
- Mexico-Specific Travel Form
- UCSD GPH Travel Waiver
- Copy of a valid, unexpired passport
- Proof of medical degree and license
- Copy of travel insurance for affiliates of UCSD
All volunteers must provide the appropriate forms and documentation prior to visiting the HFiT Clinic.
Optional: We recommend applying for a Sentri card or a Global Entry card for expedited border crossing.
